Doctor Alvaro Simão Cossa was born in Incuai Chibuto, a province Gaza, Mozambique.

In 1977 he was among the first students who had got the state education in Cuba. He graduated from school on Youth Island. He is one of the founders of the Youth organization of Mozambique.

In 1985 he returned to Cuba and graduated from the «October revolution» institute of personnel administration, in the city of Mantilla in Havana finished economic faculty of building institute.

In 1995г Mr Cossa finished the economic faculty of Donetsk national university insignia.

The Doctor of Economics, the political scientist, poet Alvaro Simão Cossa recollects the native land with nostalgia, watches closely a political situation in the world and makes recommendations concerning government to the authorities of his country.
